Fashion envy: Stealing Bella Hadid’s latest looks

The Hadid sisters have taken the runways by storm and have risen to the ranks of today’s hottest fashion icons in their own right. Following her big sister’s taste in style, Bella Hadid has been seen in local fashion house Penshoppe’s Generation Now collection.

The curated Generation Now pieces aren’t just made for everyday wear, it’s here to dictate the trends for the 2017 pre-holiday fashion season. And if there’s anything Penshoppe’s mix-and-match friendly pieces have perfected, it’s the balance of sass with a touch of kickass—and there’s no one like Bella Hadid who works this style best.

Taking notes from the 21-year-old model, I looked into the pieces of Bella’s outfits and figured the perfect days to wear them on.

Date night at the movies

It’s effortless to look great in this simple off-shoulder top and ripped jeans combo—or at least, Bella makes it so. The black body suit worn as a top—it’s sassy and comfortable. In the Generation Now collection, Penshoppe also has patched-up jeans that also goes well with this top. The quirky design of the denim pair makes it a wardrobe must-have.

Full day ahead

There are just some days that you must plan an outfit that will make you survive from day to night. If you’re in the mood to show some skin, cop Bella’s OOTDTN (outfit of the day to night): denim skirt with a slanted frayed hem, fitted crop top, and your choice of bomber jacket. If you feel like your current jacket selection needs a boost, Bella’s Penshoppe Pick with a suede-like material in brown is worth a try.

Lazy daisy

If you don’t wanna fret about your outfit, just throw this black pullover on for the sweater weather. It’s versatile but edgy on its own with bell sleeves and hardware details on the shoulders. Whether you wear it with jeans or over a dress, it gives a balanced feminine and rock chic vibe.

Not one for pants

There are just some days that pants aren’t even part of the options. For this look, Bella plays it up with layers and interesting cuts. We haven’t seen much french terry hoodies on the racks, but it seems like it will be a vital piece for this season. The geometrical hem pattern on the black shorts is also a nice touch.

Bonus: Kaia Gerber’ Girls’ Night Out look

Now I know this post is about stealing Bella’s looks, but this velvet pink slip-on dress just spells out the mood of the night: fun. It’s cute and even looks sophisticated as a solo piece. It’s easy to pair with basically anything—denim jackets, pastel sneaks, and even loud accessories! But Kaia wears it with a monochrome hooded twill parka to complement the dress’ sexy silhouette.
